Royal Kona Resort
Check in was slow, our room wasn’t ready as expected but once we were settled the rest of the trip was great. Clean rooms, hot water took a bit but we blame the weather conditions and storms that rolled through. Would definitely recommend us stay there again.

PACIFIC 19 Kona
From check in to check out, this was a bad choice. Between handicap room that the staff said I had reserved (which I had a printout showing that I had not,) to paying twice the price for parking, this was a nightmare. Skip this place and stay at a better hotel!
